I'm 36 weeks pregnant! What exercises should I be doing?
One of our lovely Labor and Delivery nurses Kimmy has made this video to show women how to get their baby engaged and body ready for delivery. Also good exercises for early labor before coming to the hospital. I love this! We recommend doing this circuit of exercises 1-2 times a day after 36 weeks.
